Front Desk Team Member Needed

Do you have a way of making people feel at ease and comfortable, even if you dont know them? Our busy eye care practice needs a front desk team member to set the expectation for appointments and assure our patients their appointment will go as smoothly as possible.

You'll have the ability to develop your skills through on-site training, continued education, and with each patient interaction. This position offers you an opportunity for stability with a career in healthcare at our AWESOME Marietta location!

NO Experience Needed:

Prior eyecare or medical office experience is a plus, but its certainly not required. We offer paid training for the right person with a great attitude, a helpful heart, and a love of learning to our Exceptional Standard of Care!

Some of your duties will include:

- Making sure patients feel welcome as soon as they walk in the door

- Pleasantly answering questions and making appointments for existing and potential clients

- Reviewing and organizing patient medical charts for accuracy and authenticity

- Using your friendliest phone voice to answer incoming calls, take messages, complete outreach to patients (re-engagement required)

- Consistent cross-training for optimal career growth

- Assisting in opening and closing the office

- Verifying their medical history, and insurance memberships for maximum benefit

- Understanding and respecting patient privacy laws

How will you make a difference?

You will have the incredible honor of being on the front lines, and setting the stage for each patients experience in our clinic. When our patients call in, youll be handling a lot of the important work that goes on to set the doctor and the patient up for success. As the first person to work with each patient during their appointment, youll be the one that calms their nerves, gets them in a great mood, and shows them that we are there to serve them in every way we can!
