**COMPANY OVERVIEW**

Summit Point Raceway is a premier training destination with diverse offerings including: firearms, anti-terrorism driving, accident avoidance, combative, off-road, and EMT. Our facilities include four high-speed, one low-speed, two unimproved, and one off-road circuits as well as instructional classrooms, firing ranges and a mat room. Summit Point Motorsports Park, included on the BSR campus, has exciting high-performance driving education and other racing activities.

**POSITION OVERVIEW**

Maintenance Support Personnel are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the interior of buildings located across the Summit Point campus. This individual must possess a professional demeanor as well as a keen attention to detail. This position is part of a team; cooperation and collaboration are critical for the position. This position is eligible to receive the benefits package associated with full-time employment.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)**

Sanitize door knobs, and other high-touch areas throughout the facility

Wipe down and disinfect tables

Disinfect surfaces

Clean and disinfect all bathroom surfaces, sinks, urinals and toilets

General cleaning maintenance of property

Deep clean as needed

**JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**

**Experience**

2+ years of cleaning/ housekeeping/ interior maintenance preferred.

**PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS**

**Physical Requirements:**

This position is very active and requires climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, use of hands, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions all day. The employee must occasionally lift and move items up to 50 pounds.

**Work** **Conditions**:****

Typical assignments are frequently performed in both internal and external environments with a variety of weather conditions. Ability to work with exposure to noise, dust or dirt and hazards is routine and may require the use of protective personal equipment. The worker may be subject to atmospheric conditions and is required to function in narrow aisles or passageways.
