MOVE Staffing is looking to staff assembly workers! Assembly workers will support the manufacturing process by performing duties in a safe and efficient manner. Assemblers will work with standard products and prefabricated components to build subassemblies and complete final assemblies. This position may assemble, wire, electrically test, or clean and package to allow our team to meet scheduled demands while providing high-quality products to customers.General Responsibilities:Participate in a one-piece-flow assembly operation to produce products requiring attention to detail and focus on work dutiesTroubleshoot work-related problems by applying knowledge and experience toward resolution and taking appropriate steps for assistanceAlign components and bolt, screw, or rivet them together, using hand and powered toolsIdentify product and customer requirements to determine customized assembly needs and work process adjustmentsMaintain cleanliness and organization in productionQualifications:High school diploma or GEDMust be able to lift 50+ lbsPositive attitude and strong interpersonal skillsValid driver's license is requiredPrevious experience with multiple component production assemblies is preferredStrong desire for continued growth and learningIf interested, please send your resume to mflinn@movestaffing or call us with any questions at (740) 373-MOVE(6683).
