What You'll Do:
As a Sales Representative, your job will be all about connecting with existing clients and new potential clients and helping them see the value of wynwood tech's services. You'll be trained to understand our offerings and will be given the tools to succeed, including a dedicated pre-sales team that works in the background for you to help generate leads and schedule your calls. Here's a look at some of your main responsibilities:
- Engage and Connect: Reach out to potential clients across North America, creating and building long-term relationships with digital agencies, consulting firms, and other companies that rely on tech talent.
- Present Solutions: Through remote meetings and calls, learn about client needs and present wynwood tech as the perfect staffing partner to help them scale and succeed.
- Support Lead Generation: Work closely with our pre-sales assistants, who will handle initial outreach and help you arrange in-depth calls with interested prospects.
- Follow-Up and Nurture Relationships: Keep in touch with prospective clients, sharing stories of how wynwood tech has helped other businesses and keeping wynwood tech top-of-mind when staffing needs arise.
