We are committed to investing in our team members and will provide training and advancement opportunities through technician certification programs.Feel the security of working for the Triad team by experiencing the following benefits:* Excellent compensation and benefits package including:o Medical, dental, vision, life insuranceo 401(k) plano Paid holidays* Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)* Company truck and fuel provided* Personal Protective Equipment provided* Clothing allowance* Career Advancement* Wellness ProgramWhat You'll DoAs a Construction Materials Field Technician, your exposure to a wide variety of responsibilities may include but not be limited to:* Perform routine quality control test procedures including concrete and nuclear moisture / density testing* Complete and submit daily reports and Job Hazard Analysis forms* Follow all corporate and job site safety procedures* Become familiar with applicable plans and specifications* Notify supervisor or Project Manager immediately of problems and deviations from plans and specifications* Frequent exposure to clients* May occasionally attend job site related meetings* May occasionally perform routine testing in the labDesired Qualifications* High school diploma or equivalent* Construction-related training or technical training desirable* Certifications in Concrete and Soil preferred* Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle* Must possess the ability to read, write and perform basic math* Must be comfortable communicating with the public* Must be comfortable performing basic computer functions* Must be available to work in all types of indoor and outdoor environmentsWHO WE ARETriad Engineering, Inc.
