About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Shop Technician to join our dynamic team! This role will involve safely organizing and stocking tool and equipment trailers, performing routine inspections, and supporting field operations. You will be responsible for equipment repair, calibration, and maintenance, as well as assisting with field jobs as necessary.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED; 1-3 months of relevant experience with machinery or equipment is preferred.
• Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred.
• Proficiency in basic mechanical and electrical skills; ability to operate tools like wrenches, drills, and grinders.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations, OSHA, MSHA, and other safety protocols.
• Ability to read blueprints and operate equipment such as mills, lathes, and other shop machinery.
• Experience in stocking, cleaning, and maintaining tools and trailers for specific job requirements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and dependability.
• Capable of lifting and moving heavy equipment (up to 100 lbs occasionally) and working in various environmental conditions.
