What You'll Do:

• Remove/Install HVAC Parts & Products: Work on the installation and removal of HVAC components to ensure smooth system operations
• Diagnose HVAC Systems: Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems, identifying issues and providing effective solutions
• Build Accurate Repair Quotes: Create detailed and accurate repair estimates for customers
• Educate Customers: Help customers understand HVAC products, parts, and services when needed
• Routine Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks to keep systems in optimal working order
• Train Junior Technicians: Mentor and train less experienced team members to build a strong, knowledgeable team
• Customer Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and customers
• Follow HVAC Codes: Ensure all work complies with local HVAC codes and regulations
• Occasional Tasks: Complete tasks assigned by management, which may change based on company needs

Job Requirements:

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift between 50-100 lbs regularly, as this job involves heavy lifting
• Experience: At least 5+ years of experience working as an HVAC Service Technician
• Physical Demands: Must be comfortable crawling in attics and crawl spaces, climbing ladders to rooftops, and working in outdoor conditions
• Certification: EPA Certification is required
• Pre-employment Screening: All candidates will be subject to pre-employment drug screenings and background checks
• Valid Driver's License: A current driver's license is required. Safe driving practices must be demonstrated by submitting a recent DMV Safe Driving Record
