• CPM (Base)
• 36+ Months - $0.57
• 24-35 Months - $0.53
• 6-23 Months - $0.50
• Pay increases every 100,000 miles.
• Top-out pay: $0.66 CPM
• Paid weekly
• $250 Orientation Pay + $250 Transition Pay
• Weekly Performance Bonuses up to $0.07 CPM
• Clean DOT Bonus: $50 per inspection

• Detention Pay: $12 an hour after 2 hours.
• Layover/Breakdown: $125/day after 24 hrs.
• Extra Stop Pay: $20/stop (except first/last)
• $1,000 Referral Bonus (paid over 90 days)

• Minimum 6 months of verified solo OTR/Regional experience in the last 2 years
• Valid Class A CDL & eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must pass road test and orientation
• No "Occupational" or "Restricted" licenses
• SAP participants must be 5+ years removed from program completion.
