Ohio University Libraries seek a forward-thinking, collaborative, and engaged leader to head the Research Services department in alignment with the needs of an R 1 university. This role is responsible for advancing innovative programming and outreach that supports research and creative activity across all levels of the university, while fostering a healthy, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment. Reporting to the Assistant Dean for Research & Education Services, the Head of Research Services plays a key role in delivering high-impact library services that support the universitys mission and Dynamic Strategy. This position leads the development, outreach strategy, management, and assessment of services related to the research data lifecycle, open scholarship, impact analysis, digital scholarship, data literacy, and student research initiatives.
