Teddy Baldassare is looking for an experienced warehouse manager to help us get products in and out of our warehouse. This role must be comfortable around computer systems and able to analyze and track daily productivity. The ideal candidate has experience in managing a fast-paced warehouse environment and has experience in managing a small team of staff to ensure timely processing of orders (receiving products, picking orders, preparing each transaction and fulfilling them). This person has a passion to define and improve processes and find resolutions to any potential problems or roadblocks along the way. Looking for a self-starter and people with entrepreneurial spirit or interested in a start-up environment.

Luxury industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
• Ability to securely package high-value orders in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality or accuracy
• Must be able to read and understand documents such as packing lists, invoices and inventory reports
• High level of integrity
• Strong computer and software skills
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to achieve departmental goals
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

• Process incoming orders
• Package orders neatly and securely
• Unload and organize products into storage areas
• Load and unload shelves
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Quality control inspection of all outgoing products, as well as incoming returned items
• Track daily outputs and provide analysis or business intelligence to management

This role is located in North Olmsted, Ohio. It is a full-time onsite position and requires the candidate to be on location in our office Monday-Friday from 9-5, with the possibility of extended hours during peak times.
