Who You Are... As a Production Worker in our precast construction division, you will perform a variety of tasks involved in the production of LB Foster products while following standard work methods and practicing safe work habits to ensure production is efficient and safe. You will be trained to work in all areas of production. This Position... Is responsible for working with a production team to manufacture precast products and buildings. Some examples of the work you might do includes.... Follow all safe work practices and procedures. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Carryout verbal and written instructions from Foreman. Manufacture precast concrete products in a timely fashion to ensure on time shipment. Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually or using hoists. Trained to complete pre-operation equipment inspections and report any issues identified. Trained to set up, adjust, and operate all basic machine tools.
