Job Summary:

As our Zone Production Manager I, you will be responsible for ensuring all plants operate safely, reliably, and efficiently while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and annual objectives.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Ensure on-site HSE & compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Manage plant operations and maintenance.
• Oversee quality and service delivery.
• Maintain competitive costs and pursue continuous improvement.
• Adhere to EMOC change standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Experience in fast-paced operational environments with demanding customers.
• Strong analytical and execution skills.
• Proficiency in process safety as per OSHA 19.10 standards.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least five years of professional experience.
• Minimum two years in a leadership role with direct or indirect reports.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the process industry, industrial gases, chemicals, power, or petroleum.
• Background in Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, or Reliability roles.
