Role Summary

The Director, Client Acquisition is responsible for revenue growth in new target accounts, building long-term client relationships, contributing to the P&L, and promoting strategic initiatives that align ENGIE Impact with client needs.

This role leads a team of sales professionals focused on revenue generation through sustainability and resource solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, coach, and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Understand and communicate the value of ENGIE Impact's offerings.
  • Develop sales strategies and plans, monitor pipeline activities, and forecast results.
  • Engage in contract negotiations and develop account growth strategies.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and collaborate across teams for service delivery.
  • Establish new business opportunities and deepen client relationships.

First Six Months

  • Learn the business, develop relationships, and implement foundational strategies.

Long-Term Goals

  • Build repeatable processes, develop value creation strategies, and re-evaluate sales plans.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related fields.
  • 15+ years of sales experience, including energy or sustainability services.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Additional Information
