Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician

A Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician is needed to troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently and safely across the facility. This role involves performing preventative and mechanical maintenance while applying advanced knowledge of machine repair. A strong electrical and PLC manufacturing background is essential, including proficiency in reading and understanding ladder logic and programming HMIs. Candidates must successfully complete an electrical board and PLC programming hands-on assessment.

Responsibilities:

• Mechanical repairs and adjustments are completed as needed.
• Preventative maintenance on all machinery is performed as assigned.
• Welding and fabrication tasks are completed with minimal direction.
• Data is entered into the maintenance system timely and accurately.
• Advanced electrical tasks are performed to ensure safe maintenance operations.

Desired Experience:

• Experience with Allen Bradley and Allen Bradley PLC.
• Understanding of PLC ladder logic.
• Troubleshooting of PLCs.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing.
• Mechanical, welding, and cutting skills.
• Ability to read mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic prints.
• Workbench and computer skills.
• Meter usage and ability to complete measurements.
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• May require CPR and first aid training.
• Lockout/tagout, fall protection, PPE, and confined space training required.
