We're searching for a high-impact Area Operations Manager to oversee performance, revenue, systems, and team execution across a regional cluster of clubs.

Key Responsibilities
Membership & PT Revenue Growth – Consistently hit monthly targets
Kickoff Conversion Execution – Set 70% of NMU, Show 50%, Close 40%
ACH Optimization – Shift payment mix from credit card to ACH
New Member Goals – Deliver consistent volume with strong follow-through
Lead & Booking Targets – Ensure pipeline flow and process compliance
Club Readiness – Achieve top cleanliness audit scores and uphold brand standards
Staffing & Compliance – Ensure all roles are filled, trained, and aligned with systems
You'll coach club teams, hold them accountable to KPIs, and lead the rollout of strategic initiatives. Your focus will balance execution, inspection, and motivation.
