You are responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers with great food and a friendly experience. Key responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, and developing employees; conducting new hire orientations; executing training plans; scheduling and deploying the team; addressing performance issues; resolving customer issues; and managing the restaurant's budget and financial plans. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, a proven track record in people development, and a positive attitude. Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• 50-hour work week
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math and accounting skills, with strong decision-making abilities
• Ability to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and stooping during 80% of shift time
• Competitive spirit and passion for excellence
