Primary Skills: Agile PLM-expert, BOM structuring-expert, Change management-proficient, Data analysis-proficient, Workflow execution-proficientContract Type: W2 and C2CLocation: Atlanta, RemoteDuration: 6+ months (Possible extension)Pay Range: $52-$55/hr on W2 or C2CSummary:We are seeking a Senior PLM Analyst to take charge of our Product Lifecycle Management operations focusing on engineering change management, BOM structuring, and metadata management within the PLM system. The candidate must possess a proactive approach, outstanding analytical skills, and the capability to foster effective communication between various teams. This role is primed for a detail-oriented individual who is adept at navigating complex PLM workflows and ensuring data integrity for informed decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Manage and update product data, BOMs, and metadata within the Agile PLM system.Process Engineering and Manufacturing Change Orders (ECOs and MCOs) and related workflows.Ensure accurate Bill of Materials creation, structuring, and product data linkage.Maintain data consistency, perform data analysis, and run reports for decision support.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and streamlined workflow execution.Must-Have Skills:In-depth experience with Agile PLM Systems.Strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Required Industry Experience:Previous experience in hardware, manufacturing, or supply chain domains is highly preferred.This position is remote and requires availability during standard business hours in the US time zones (EST to PST), supporting a global team.ABOUT AKRAYAAkraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm consistently recognized for our commitment to excellence and a thriving work environment.
