The Ravenswood Cast House is currently undergoing a multi-stage expansion to implement a Casting Future State (CFS) vision. This expansion will improve safety and increase throughput of premium grade aluminum alloys. This initiative includes all aspects of casting from scrap processing to ingot casting including melting, metal treatment, and online quality control using state-of-the-art technology and industry best practices. The primary objective of the individual in this role is to coordinate and lead multiple engineering, maintenance, and production teams to execute and implement the Casting Future State vision with a focus on Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS), quality, continuous improvement, manufacturing excellence, and productivity.
