Chick-fil-A is seeking a Director of Operations. This senior leader will be responsible for executing initiatives, providing input for strategic planning, team development, and overseeing all areas of operations. The role is ideal for someone who has a growth mindset, is highly motivated, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about brand and team growth. The Director of Operations will be part of a high performance leadership team. This leader will be responsible for meeting Chick-fil-A's highest standards of food safety, food quality, customer service, and stewardship.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Leading and developing a high-performing team through coaching, training, and strategic development.

- Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations including inventory management, financial accountability, team member expectations and development, and other key performance indicators.

- Maintaining and enforcing Chick-fil-A's service, quality, safety, and brand standards while optimizing restaurant performance.

- Building a culture of exceptional service and hospitality
