Job Details

(include but not limited to the following):Ensure Compliance to applicable Food Packaging Standard(s). Leads by example and follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Understands and follows departmental rules and regulations including, but not limited to, QC telephones, two-way radios, quality equipment and security of the QC lab. Retrieve and review the Product Specification Sheet for each run. Identifies/adhere to the visual attributes of product as described in the General Thermoforming Standard. Evaluate and assign specific part specifications. Perform in process inspection and data entry into the data collection system. Ability to read and understand control charts. Ability to accurately use measuring instruments. Ability to identify nonconforming product and successfully communicate problems to production. Obtain disposition for held/nonconforming product.
