The Instrument and Electrical Technician (I&E Tech) will be responsible for maintenance of instruments and electrical systems in the Marietta manufacturing plant. This position offers candidates the opportunity to become a team member on a close knit team working in a fast paced challenging work environment. Primary Responsibilities:Responsible for working as an electrically skilled person as defined in the Electrical Work Practices. Longer term as this person gains experience he/she will be expected to perform the role of facility representative as defined in the electrical work practices. Troubleshoots and diagnoses instrument and electrical problems and selects and implements corrective actions. Removes and replaces components at the board level. Identifies DCS and PLC hardware problems and replaces cards. Troubleshoots and programs PLC software. Calibrates process instruments according to applicable standards.
