Responsibilities
Manage attorneys' calendars, scheduling appointments, court dates, and client meetings.
Handle all aspects of case file management, including organizing physical and electronic documents and maintaining accurate records.
Communicate professionally with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel via phone and email.
Provide administrative support, including answering phones, and managing mail.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role within a law firm.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal case management software.
Knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and document formatting.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
A high degree of professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
