They must maintain safety training by attending monthly safety meetings. Wear proper PPE to include all leather safety toe boots, hearing protection, safety glasses, hard hats and FRC's.Physical RequirementsClimbing, Balancing, Stooping, Kneeling, Crouching, Crawling, Reaching, Standing, Walking, Pushing, Pulling, Lifting, Grasping, Feeling, Repetitive Motions and be able to lift 50 pounds repetitively. Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift.Primary ResponsibilitiesThe contract Packagers Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:• Using fork truck to load a stack of pallets into the dispenser• Using fork truck to load stack of boxes onto the raising platform• Building and labeling boxes• Place box on pallet squarely• • Hand loading 50 pound bags into boxes while maintaining alignment of box within perimeter strips on pallet• Cutback and recycle of product (labor intensive usually performed by lead)• Assist with keeping the area clean and helping with type change cleanout• Empty dumpsters• Banding CardboardRequirements: High School Diploma or GED requiredVALID Driver's LicensePrior experience in manufacturing or farming preferredCandidates must be safety-conscious with a general understanding of OSHA guidelinesStrong communication skills and ability to follow detailed work instructionsPhysical requirements include standing, bending, and lifting up to 55 pounds repeatedlyMust work in an industrial environment and follow all safety protocolsAbility to meet production targets while maintaining high-quality standardsWillingness to work overtime as neededCandidates must pass a drug screening and background check prior to startingApply Today!Visit us at: www.onboardusa.comAbout On-Board:Founded in 1976 by Robert L.
