As a customer care teller, you are the face of Williamstown Bank. You will greet and assist customers with processing their deposits, loan payments, and cash checks whether at the counter or at one of our ITM's. You will work under professional supervision, assisting with daily banking operations and customer service tasks such as pro-actively meeting customer's financial needs through relationship building, focus on developing trust with customers to uncover, identify, and deliver products and services to satisfy their financial needs while exceeding their expectations. As a customer care teller, you will be exposed to a solid foundation to launch your banking career. You will be provided with opportunities to develop your skills in building relationships with customers both internally and externally.

Schedule hours include early morning or afternoons Monday – Friday and Saturday mornings. There is some flexibility with hours. Hours and location may change based on operating need. Pay will be determined based upon level of experience.
