The Galley & Adelphia Music Hall are looking for an experienced Marketing & Assistant General Manager to help lead daily front-of-house operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, support staff development, and manage our communications and digital marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations and team performance
• Maintain high service, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Manage and enhance the marketing plan
• Manage The Galley, The Adelphia and The Hackett's social media accounts
• Collaborate with back-of-house and corporate teams
• Handle guest feedback and ensure satisfaction
• Assist with the planning and execution of special or private events

• Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry
• Graphic Design or Photography skills
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Flexible, detail-oriented, and guest-focused
