About the Role
Join our team as a Temporary Stockroom Operations Associate, where you will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth store operations. Your efficiency in processing freight and managing stockroom tasks is essential to our success.
What You Will Do
Receive and handle products by unloading shipments and managing all stockroom processes and omni channel fulfillment.
Replenish the sales floor based on product sell-through rates and seasonal variations.
Engage and welcome customers, providing assistance with their needs and inquiries.
Implement product protection standards to safeguard merchandise.
Assist in training new team members on company standards, product knowledge, inventory processes, and productivity expectations as directed.

What Skills You Bring
Required:
Strong customer service skills with the ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
No prior retail experience is necessary.
Must be at least 16 years old.
Flexible schedule availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred:
Experience in a customer-facing retail or service role.
