About the Role

Join our team as a Temporary Stockroom Operations Associate, where you will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth store operations. Your efficiency in processing freight and managing stockroom tasks is essential to our success.

What You Will Do

• Receive and handle products by unloading shipments and managing all stockroom processes and omni channel fulfillment.

• Replenish the sales floor based on product sell-through rates and seasonal variations.

• Engage and welcome customers, providing assistance with their needs and inquiries.

• Implement product protection standards to safeguard merchandise.

• Assist in training new team members on company standards, product knowledge, inventory processes, and productivity expectations as directed.

What Skills You Bring

Required:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.

• Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

• No prior retail experience is necessary.

• Must be at least 16 years old.

• Flexible schedule availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred:

• Experience in a customer-facing retail or service role.
