What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and develop candidate pipelines
• Formulate strategies to acquire talent and maintain specified vacancy levels
• Utilize external scanning tools to understand market conditions and educate hiring managers
• Conduct interviews and assessments using Behavioral Interview techniques to identify mission-fit candidates
• Oversee onboarding activities and maintain excellent relations with candidates and hiring managers

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Associate's degree
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting/sourcing experience
• Ability to analyze productivity metrics against Service Level Agreements
• Proficiency in Behavioral Interviewing techniques
• Strong communication skills to articulate business lines and market positions to candidates
