Key Responsibilities

Manage daily communication with members through phone and video calls

Schedule and conduct virtual meetings to review available program options

Provide clear explanations and assist members with understanding their coverage

Accurately complete and process digital applications and related documentation

Maintain organized records of client interactions and follow-up needs

Collaborate with team leaders and participate in ongoing training sessions

Maintain professionalism and attention to detail in every interaction
