Process Hazard Analysis (PHA): Lead or facilitate PH - As and their revalidations to identify and evaluate process hazards and implement safeguards. Process Safety Management (PSM): Develop, implement, and maintain PSM programs to ensure compliance with regulations like OSHA's PSM standard and EPA's Risk Management Plan (RMP) where applicable. Incident Investigation: Lead or participate in incident investigations, identify root causes, and ensure corrective actions are taken. Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments and evaluations, and develop plans for risk mitigation, including tracking action items. Management of Change (MOC): Ensure an effective MOC process is in place for all process changes to maintain safety. Compliance and Audits: Conduct and participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
