  • Creates an outstanding customer experience for clients and partners by maintaining the highest level of customer service in every customer or partner interaction.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert for Arcoros Benefit Management and Affordable Care Act products services.
  • Facilitates scoping calls with customers and/or partners to determine project scope, define expectations, and establish project plans and timelines.
  • Is responsible for gathering, reviewing, and analyzing all project raw materials.
  • Is responsible for completing system configuration updates to existing customer accounts, rolling over benefit elections to new plan years, and other tasks associated with annual enrollment and other configuration projects.
  • Is responsible for tracking and processing customer ACA filings for submission to the IRS and communicating data or submission issues and filing status results to customers.
  • Assists customers with executing Affordable Care Act (ACA) filings including generating forms, understanding system derivation logic, and verifying and updating employee system data used in ACA form generation.
  • Completes self-QA on all system configuration work and facilitates client testing and validation of system configuration and performance.
  • Delivers projects within the budgeted timeline.
  • Manages key assigned customer projects including annual enrollment, acquisitions, and other special projects utilizing project management skills and techniques.
  • Provides regular status reports to all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects and customers in a wide range of specialties and practices utilizing strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Provides client training on system usage and best practices.
  • Reports projects statuses, survey results, and other related metrics to the Director of Professional Services and Training on an ongoing basis.
  • Utilizes established process documentation and best practices and assists in the development and maintenance of support and training materials.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Must Haves
  • 5+ years of professional experience and or a bachelors degree in business, Management, or Technology
  • 3-5 years of industry experience with Technology, Health Care, Human Resources, or Benefit Administration
  • 3+ years in HCM and benefit management within a SaaS organization
  • Strong project management or relationship management experience
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and operate under tight project deadlines
