ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Before becoming an agent, I spent 14 years in the medical field and 3 years in the oil and gas industry—proving that you don't need an insurance background to build a successful career helping others. We opened our first State Farm office in September 2019 and expanded with a second location in May 2023, a reflection of our team's dedication and strong growth.


Across our two offices, we currently have 8 team members—5 in our legacy office and 3 in our new MOA location. Our culture is fun, competitive, and family-oriented. We work hard, support each other, and make sure everyone feels valued and at home.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Tyler Shank - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
