What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Manage and support daily work requests for the project team, focusing on requirements, design, and implementation of web-based tools
• Engage with end-users to understand business needs and develop clear documentation of requirements
• Develop technical documents to support integration and feature development for applications
• Provide technical end-user support, including resolving inquiries and service requests via phone or email
  
• Analyze support tickets and user feedback to identify trends and opportunities for system enhancements

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelors Degree
• 2+ years of experience working on web and/or software development teams
• 2+ years of technical/IT helpdesk experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• US Citizen or Permanent Lawful Resident (Green Card Holder) with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience in Help Desk support for government portals
• Prior experience working across multiple contractor/stakeholder environments
• Experience with remote support tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
