"Guyandotte Substitute Cook Conference"2. Train Substitute Cooks how to run a kitchen and use all equipment3. Work with Child Nutrition Director to create a Breakfast/Lunch Menu for training4. Train Substitute Cooks to use equipment to produce the Breakfast/Lunch Menu5. Assist Child Nutrition Director with training Substitute Cooks on paperwork6. Performs other related tasks as assigned by supervisorQualifications:1. A valid Wyoming County Food Handlers Permit2. Proficient in all areas of cooking and food preparation with a backgroundin institutional or commercial cooking preferred3. Should be able to read recipes and make necessary calculations foringredient measurements4. Should have a functional working skill in the operation of all types of schoolkitchen equipment5.
