What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Execute compliance procedures and enforce policy governance to ensure regulatory requirements are met
• Lead project management efforts for sensitive compliance initiatives
• Serve as the Compliance Department representative on complex contracts and cross-functional projects
• Prepare and maintain documentation for reporting to senior leadership and the Board of Directors
• Research and interpret laws and regulatory issues impacting compliance

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelors degree in business, healthcare, or related area of study, or equivalent work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive work experience in legal or compliance roles within a healthcare or PBM organization
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply critical thinking to complex situations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in pharmacy services, PBM, managed care, or the healthcare industry
• Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) or Certified Healthcare Compliance Professional (CHC)
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Advanced degree in a related area of study, such as Juris Doctor
