Summary:

• The position is responsible for providing shipping, receiving, storage, and order fulfillment services for finished goods, inventory, materials, supplies, parts, and equipment at assigned facilities.
• The role supports accurate, timely order processing while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance with established procedures.

• Pick, pack, sort, arrange, count, store, and process items for storage and shipment according to established procedures and customer requirements.
• Ensure high quality and accuracy so customers receive the correct products on time.
• Receive materials and finished goods daily and verify quality, quantity, and documentation (e.g., packing lists).
• Safely operate distribution and warehouse equipment as required.
• Work in various warehouse environments, including room temperature, cold-room, and freezer-room conditions.
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Communicate effectively with internal team members to support shipping, receiving, and inventory operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of related warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience.
• Ability to consistently follow policies, procedures, and instructions independently.
• Ability to meet schedules and productivity requirements.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate ERP systems, Outlook, and shipping software.
• Ability to operate powered industrial trucks and warehouse equipment at various heights.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and basic customer service skills.
• Ability to work safely in varying temperature-controlled environments.

• Previous logistics or warehouse experience within a life sciences or regulated environment.
• Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and inventory control procedures.
• Experience understanding and interpreting team metrics and documentation.
• Forklift or powered industrial truck certification (preferred).
• Experience working in quality- or compliance-driven environments.
