Overview

We are looking for someone to join our team as a Delivery Specialist. The Delivery Specialist will be working with our sales department, helping complete the customer experience after vehicle purchase. Our ideal candidate has a strong customer service background, is great with technology and has a knack for helping and teaching people. Previous customer service experience is a MUST. Responsibilities

• Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
• Continuously develop product knowledge and techniques for helping customers learn the technology. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
• Perform high-quality, professional deliveries of new and certified pre owned vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure satisfaction.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring your A game along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours and weekends
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Good with technology and ready to waste no time on learning new product ins and outs, eager to improve
• Clean driving record and valid drivers license
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
