What you will do

  • Picking / packing
  • Unloading containers / packing containers.
  • Collating and labelling
  • Ensure all AFFORD WHS policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Any / other duties as requested from you by management from time to time
  • Supporting clients in developing life skills and promoting independence
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation Administration
What you will bring
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
  • Display a proactive approach to customer service excellence
  • Forklift licence is highly advantageous (Not Required)
  • Strong communication skills
  • A passion for safeguarding human rights and a deep personal connection to working in a purpose-driven organisation.
  • Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and a 'C' class driver's license, along with an up-to-date COVID vaccination certificate or a medical exemption.
  • Passport, Birth or Citizenship Certificate to validate Australian Work Rights
  • Willingness to complete a National & International Police Check (Paid by Afford)
  • Ability to Complete Pre-Employment Medical/Functional Assessment (Paid by Afford)
