Project Specialist I (Full-Time) - United States

Assist with overseeing technical matters, provide Enterprise-Wide Architectural support, solutions, direction, technical knowledge, and software selection. Work collaboratively with business/users, the Project Management Office, Directors,top leadership, the development team, and various stakeholders within the company to ensure the delivery of all projects in an efficient, on?budget, and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the end?to?end design, development and delivery of technology?enabled applications, products and services.
• Responsible for meeting development schedules and delivering high?quality solutions that meet technical specifications and design requirements.
• Contribute to and/or lead the specification and software design phases of the software development life cycle.
• Manage the design and implementation of new software development and enhancement efforts and software testing.
• Oversee creation and approval of technical documentation, including the Solution Definition document and Technical Design document.
• Manage day?to?day technical challenges and communicate to project manager any risks or issues associated with the development activities.
• Assist in budgeting for internal hardware/software.
• Create/Manage architecture diagrams/plans.
• Work with existing software vendors and assist in the onboarding of new vendors.

Education & Certifications

• B.S/M.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent technical experience.
• Oracle Certified Professional.
