REPORTS TO: Growth Marketing Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Growth Marketing Coordinator will support Santannas Growth Marketing Team. This role plays a key part in supporting our product strategy, retention marketing, and customer communication initiatives. The individual will work cross-functionally and collaboratively to meet the companys established growth marketing goals. The person will leverage their marketing skills across diverse and varied efforts including but not limited to the following areas: product positioning, customer retention, content marketing, project management efforts, and more. Experience across all marketing areas is not required. Our ideal candidate is passionate about all things marketing, growth, data, and is excited and ready to apply their experience, continue learning and growing. Training will be provided. The person in this position will report to our Growth Marketing Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESh3>

• Coordinates product positioning efforts, plan updates, and promotional offers.
• Executes retention and customer engagement campaigns.
• Supports blogging and other content initiatives
• With the guidance of our Growth Marketing Manager, often serves as internal project manager for larger marketing initiatives.
• Assists the organization in its growth efforts by supporting its various marketing channels, campaigns, and efforts.
• Under the leadership of our Growth Marketing Manager, implements and executes traditional and online/digital marketing campaigns.
• Works cross functionally with both internal and external teams to meet the companys established growth and retention marketing goals.
• Assists with reporting, data tracking, and performance insights to support ongoing optimization.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent time management and project management skills.
• Works well in a team environment and has strong independent project management skills.
• Ability to multi-task, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding eye for detail and takes pride in the accuracy of their work.
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines, staying on track, and/or moving projects forward to completion.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Experience implementing and executing on digital marketing campaigns, efforts, programs, and more.
• Experience working with various key stakeholders working to accomplish one unified objective and/or goal.
• Basic understanding of HTML/or email builders is a plus.
• Functional knowledge of WordPress is a plus.

• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Working Experience (3-5 years in a marketing or marketing related role).
