Assembler
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling components and ensuring the quality and accuracy of completed units. This role requires adherence to safety procedures and the ability to work efficiently with various tools and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Follow all safety procedures and use required safety equipment in accordance with company policies and practices.
- Review work orders to understand product specifications and requirements.
- Visually inspect components and completed units during assembly to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Select and assemble parts in the correct sequence using tools such as drills, rivets, screws, braces, and tape to meet specifications.
- Install appropriate sub-assemblies or component parts in the unit based on design specifications.
- Apply wiring harnesses, sensors, and other electrical components in cabinets as specified.
- Operate a variety of tools including hand tools, drill, rivet gun, saw, hy-pot tester, hacksaw, and drill press.
- Complete assembly processes in the specified sequence.
- Ensure completed units meet quality standards before moving them to the next workstation.
- Perform cabinet foaming according to engineering specifications.
- Clean the immediate work area daily.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Essential Skills
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic computer skills or willingness to learn.
- 12 years of manufacturing experience with demonstrated product assembly.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 35 pounds.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow wiring diagrams and blueprints as outlined in SOE.
- Ability to read and differentiate part numbers, labels, and work instructions.
- Comfortable with standing, bending, reaching, and handling bulky parts.
- Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
