Job Title: Material Handler
Pay: $18 - $19/hr
Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm, 3:00pm - 11:30pm

Looking for a hands-on role in a growing company? Join Alliance Industrial, a leader in the manufacturing sector, as a 1st or 2nd shift Material Handler in Marysville, OH, and make an impact every day. As a Material Handler, you'll play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the seamless flow of materials within our facility. You'll work closely with our operations team to deliver results that matter.
What You'll Do:
As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for:
- Operating a forklift or riding pallet jack safely and efficiently to transport materials throughout the facility.
- Lifting and moving products weighing up to 55 lbs. periodically throughout the day.
- Maintaining productivity in a fast-paced production environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicating clearly and effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Upholding a courteous and professional demeanor while representing our team.
- Executing job functions with a strong sense of urgency and accuracy.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- At least 12 months of experience in a production or warehouse environment.
- Proven experience operating forklifts or riding pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic work setting.
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
- Competitive pay and great benefits: Enjoy a pay rate of $18-$19 per hour for 1st or 2nd Shift, with overtime paid at time and a half.
