The successful customer service crew member is able to:/pulliGreet and positively engage guests in the restaurant./liliAccurately accept the guests orders and process payments./liliAddress and resolve all guest inquiries and concerns in a timely manner./liliMaintain a safe, secure, and comfortable area for guests and team members./liliWork well with our delivery partners./liliMaintain facility cleanliness by completing general clean tasks including wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors./li/ulpThe successful food/kitchen service crew member is able to:/pulliAnswering questions about menu items and promotions./liliPrepare ingredients and menu items./liliRestocking product and workstations./liliUsing food preparation equipment including ovens, fryers, grills and various kitchen equipment./liliMaintaining a clean work environment by completing general clean tasks including wiping workstations, cleaning equipment, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors./li/ulpRequirements:/pulliMust be at least 16 years of age.
