Experience and Skills

• Recommendation from the facility DON or Administrator
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Active STNA Certification in the State of Ohio
• Completion of an Ohio Board of Nursing approved Medication Aide Training Program
• Active, unrestricted Medication Aide Certification by the Ohio Board of Nursing

• Must have High School diploma or equivalent
