Join our team as a Retail Customer Service Associate, where you'll provide exceptional service to our retail and installer customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actively promote and follow company customer service programs, including Hi-5 and Low Price Guarantee.
• Greet walk-in customers promptly in a friendly and courteous manner, assisting them with their selections.
• Support managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers as directed.
• Complete all company training relevant to your position.
• Provide outstanding service to customers via phone, accurately searching for parts, quoting prices, and recommending related items.
• Securely manage the cash drawer while processing various payment types and making accurate change.
• Handle exchanges and returns with a positive attitude, adhering to company policies.
• Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Assist with daily store operations, including stocking, cleaning, and organizing merchandise.
• Perform operational tasks like shipping returns and conducting inventory counts.
• Operate store test equipment after appropriate training.
• Provide in-store services for customers where permitted, such as installations and testing.
• When necessary, drive a delivery vehicle to assist with deliveries as business needs arise.
• Complete any other assigned duties with enthusiasm.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Required: Strong ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Required: Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to multitask.
• Desired: Familiarity with automotive parts and sales.
• Desired: ASE certification.
• Desired: Proficiency in multiple languages, especially Spanish.
