The Remote Customer Service Representative is responsible for phone contact with patients to collect payment for medical bills on behalf of our clients. This involves working in a fast-paced call center environment to establish contact with customers to negotiate payment and/or set up payment arrangements to collect account receivables.
To perform successfully in a virtual environment, the remote Customer Service Representative must be comfortable with technology and can easily understand and learn the technical requirements of the position.
