Labor & Employment Associate - Chicago, IL
A reputable law firm is seeking a talented Labor & Employment Associate to join our team in Chicago. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation on various labor and employment law matters.
Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on labor and employment law compliance issues
- Handling employment litigation cases
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts and agreements
- Conducting legal research on labor and employment law issues
- Participating in negotiations and settlements
- Keeping abreast of changes in labor and employment laws and regulations
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state of Illinois
- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing labor and employment law
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality legal services
