Job Details

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Control access at entry points by checking identification and/or credentials, managing visitor sign-in, issuing temporary badges as directed, and documenting arrivals and departures; Support yard and dock operations by verifying driver check-in details, coordinating with site contacts for inbound and outbound traffic, and helping to deter unauthorized entry or restricted-area access; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards, disturbances, and policy violations to appropriate site leadership and/or emergency services; Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter, monitor surveillance systems and alarms when assigned, and complete detailed activity logs and incident reports
