Licensed Millwright (Afternoons or Nights) $36-40/HR

We're looking for a skilled millwright to perform equipment repairs, preventative maintenance, and system improvements to keep production running safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment
• Use CMMS to record and manage maintenance activities
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
• Identify root causes and recommend long-term solutions
• Support maintenance and engineering projects
• Follow all food safety and health & safety standards

• Licensed Millwright (433A) or technical diploma/degree in mechanical, electrical, or robotics field
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
• Proficient with MS Office and CMMS software
