CRH - - Responsibilities: Take incoming calls and verify orders via centralized call center; Schedule, dispatch and control drivers to satisfy customer demand while maintaining safety and efficiency goals; Record accurate delivery and product information on orders and negotiate delivery times with customers; Process credit card charges and COD orders; Data entry for key performance indicators and assist in payroll verification for concrete plants
