We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Receptionist/Intake Specialist opportunity with an established Fort Lauderdale, FL Law Firm. This position is fully remote and is a long-term, temporary-to-hire opportunity.

The Receptionist/Intake Specialist is responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:

• Answer incoming calls from existing and new clients.
• Take messages or route calls to the appropriate person.
• Gather the caller's complete contact information and reason for the call.
• Assist with reviewing and updating attorneys' and support staff calendars.
• Assist with scheduling Microsoft Teams virtual meetings.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or intake position.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

• Experience in the legal industry is a plus.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
